President's Message:

On behalf of the Alumni, Family, and Friends of the Alcorn State University “Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite” Marching Band, we would like to formally welcome you to the SOD Club.

The SOD Club is the official support group for the “Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite” and has the full endorsement from the Director of Bands, Dr. Everson Martin and supporting staff. In addition, the SOD Club is an official non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

The SOD Club is dedicated to advancing the academic, financial, and musical endeavors of the band. We aspire to create a legacy of selfless service dedicated to the success of past, present, and future band members by operating with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

We welcome collaboration, feedback, and contributions from all our members. If you would like to participate in the operations of the organization, please reach out to any Board Member or Committee Chair to be placed on a committee of interest.
