The Alcorn State University Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite Marching Band has been invited to represent our university and the state of Mississippi at one of the most prestigious events in the world—the 2025 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City!

This is an incredible opportunity for our talented student musicians to showcase their skills on a national stage, and to bring the energy, spirit, and pride of Alcorn State University to millions of viewers worldwide. However, we need your support to make this dream a reality!

Our Goal: $100,000

Participating in the Macy’s Parade is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but it comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodations, meals, and equipment transport. To cover these expenses, the Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite Club has set an ambitious goal to raise $100,000.
